Whatever your reason, at Westpac we recognise that returning to the workforce can be overwhelming - especially in the rapidly evolving world of technology. So, we are offering Tech Returnships to help you EmPOWERUP and get your career back on track.
Our EmPOWERUP Tech Returnship program means that for the first 24 weeks of your new tech role, you’ll receive an unprecedented level of support and training. This will include seminars, workshops, podcasts, and role specific training.
For even greater support and to boost your confidence you’ll be completing your EmPOWERUP Tech Returnship with an entire cohort with similar life experiences and challenges. But most importantly we are also training our people leaders so they can better understand your needs – especially when it comes to flexibility.
