Helen McCabe is the founder and Managing Director of Future Women (FW), which she established in 2018 to advance women in business and careers. The organisation expanded with the launch of Future Women Jobs Academy in 2021.
Helen has held senior executive positions across Australia’s media landscape, including leadership roles at Nine, News Corp and as Editor-In-Chief of Australian Women’s Weekly, where she earned multiple industry awards. Her influence extends to government and policy, delivering the Andrew Olle lecture in 2015 and hosting the Jobs and Skills Summit in 2022.
Helen has built organisations, led teams and shaped conversations that matter. She hosts the FW Leadership Podcast and serves as non-executive director of The Squiz and Australian Indigenous Education Foundation.
