Meredith Coote has a 39-year career as a human rights advocate, working with vulnerable people across Government and, NGO’s. 6 years ago, Meredith found herself unexpectedly in the role of full time Carer for her young adult daughter who developed a severe and persistent mental illness. She brings her lived experience to her work, with a desire to support carers like herself to participate as much as possible in the workforce
