Amanda has served as Accenture ANZ’s Head of IDE where she defined and managed IDE strategic outcomes across a dispersed 8000+ workforce and part of a global ecosystem. With over twenty years’ experience in talent strategy, inclusion and diversity and transformational change enablement she has worked with numerous clients in banking, media, resources and government. She is passionate about creating a workplace culture where our people feel they belong and can advance and thrive, understanding the importance of carer-inclusive workplace through her own experience of being a carer.
