Eddie is the lead coordinator of the FW Change Makers program. Drawing on a generational perspective, Eddie helps organisations navigate shifting cultural dynamics and evolving attitudes towards workplace inclusion, with a particular focus on emerging talent. With a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Eddie uses data-driven insights to guide teams in addressing changing demographics and ensure all employees feel heard.
