Suzi Hullick is an award-winning advocate, known for her commitment to driving positive social change, particularly for Indigenous Australians. She is Westpac's Group Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, and was recognised in 2012 as Westpac’s Woman of Influence after establishing the Indigenous Employment Program. Having recently completed her MBA specialising in Social Impact, Hullick continues to be an ambassador for Indigenous Australians and Women in Leadership. She uses her extensive experience in both Commercial and Retail Banking to mentor within Westpac and externally, along with building more equitable, inclusive workforces.
