Kiri Stejko is the Chief Operating Officer at Parents At Work, a social impact advisory firm dedicated to improving the lives of families at work. Prior to this, Stejko enjoyed an international career as an HR leader which included roles with JPMorgan, Zurich, Deloitte and EY. Stejko is committed to driving positive social impact for organisations as they navigate family-friendly work policies and practices. During her 10 years with Parents At Work, she has developed a deep understanding of the common experiences, challenges, barriers and pathways to success shared by working parents and carers. Stejko practises what she preaches, managing a full-time job with two children.
