Dr Samone McCurdy is the Executive Manager of Capacity Building at the Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA). She is an experienced gender equality strategist and change management specialist, with expertise in corporate strategy. She has researched and published widely on a range of gendered workplace drivers including paid parental leave, flexible work practices and gendered workplace harm such as sexual harassment and workplace incivility. Dr McCurdy has a wealth of experience working in public and private sectors and senior consulting in diversity, leadership, and strategy.
