Prabha Nandagopal is an award-winning human rights and discrimination lawyer, workplace culture expert, and innovative changemaker. Prabha is the founder of Elevate Consulting Partners and SafeSpace@elevate— Australia’s first trauma-informed, culturally safe, and anonymous reporting platform transforming how organisations understand and address harm. Her work empowers leaders with the mindset and strategies to build safe, respectful, and inclusive workplaces where every individual can thrive.

With over 18 years' experience across sectors, from business and human rights to refugee and asylum seeker policy, Prabha is known for challenging the status quo and building achievable solutions to systemic problems. She has led groundbreaking work on some of Australia's most high-profile workplace cultural reviews, including the Independent Review into Commonwealth Parliamentary Workplaces, the National Music Industry Review into sexual harm and discrimination, and the EY Oceania Workplace Culture Review alongside Elizabeth Broderick. As a senior legal advisor to the Respect@Work National Inquiry, she helped shape Australia's landmark positive duty reforms to prevent workplace sexual harassment.

Prabha brings a rare blend of legal rigour, deep empathy, and strategic foresight to the global conversation on workplace culture, regulation, and innovation.
