Professor Eric Knight is an esteemed academic holding the position of Executive Dean and Professor of Strategic Management at Macquarie Business School. With a distinguished career, he is a globally recognised scholar in organisational theory and strategic management, having earned his Doctor of Philosophy (DPhil) from the University of Oxford.

Professor Knight actively influences policy, contributing to the Business Council of Australia's Skills, Education, and Labour Market Committee and advising the Economic Policy Advisory Council of the Committee for Sydney. Beyond academia, he has a pivotal role as Chair of the Finance and Audit Committee at Sydney Grammar School. Before his academic journey, he garnered valuable experience at the Boston Consulting Group and co-founded the regtech company Identitii.
