Jane Britt is the Senior Policy Officer at People with Disabilities Australia, and a non-executive director of both Queenslanders with Disability Network and Holy Cross Services Ltd. She has held numerous leadership and committee roles across the disability sector, combining her professional knowledge and lived experience of deafblindness to provide disability leadership. Britt was recently accepted into the Disability Leadership Program, a program increasing disability representation on Australian not-for-profit and corporate boards. In 2020, Britt was awarded the Vision Australia Award (Youth) for her commitment to advocacy. She was involved in the Last Seen project with Queensland Eye Institute, which culminated in an art exhibition and orchestral concert in 2022.
