Niti Nadarajah is a coach, freelance general counsel and DE&I consultant with a passion for authentic and inclusive leadership. She advocates for a range of issues, including gender and racial equity, and empowers women who are feeling stuck in their careers to get unstuck. In her capacity as an executive coach and gender equity expert at Grace Papers, she also coaches parents and people leaders through career transitions such as parental leave and the return to work. In 2022, she was recognised as a LinkedIn Top Voice (Gender Equity). Nadarajah’s personal experiences with pregnancy loss and resulting mental health challenges have led her to be more vocal about those topics rarely spoken about. Women Leading the Way, which Nadarajah has co-authored, is out this April.
