As FW’s Head of Research and Insights, she ensures our programs reflect the latest evidence and lived experience of participants. Prior to FW, Ruby was a senior advisor at the Workplace Gender Equality Agency, bringing a unique understanding of the national data and leading practice for gender diversity, equity and inclusion in corporate Australia.
