Edweena Stratton joined Culture Amp in early 2022 as the Chief People Officer and member of the executive team. Edweena is focused on driving the entire organisation's commitment to Culture First, leading an incredible People & Culture team who as 'customer zero' have access to incredible technology, products and insights that have the ability to impact the world of work.


Edweena has broad experience as a people and culture leader, including leadership roles at Salesforce, Oracle, Krispy Kreme and Starbucks. Prior to joining Culture Amp, Edweena led the Employee Success team at Salesforce across the Asia Pacific and Latin America regions. Stratton supported the business during an incredible period of growth, with employee numbers increasing 10x and Salesforce receiving recognition as a 'Best Place to Work' for consecutive years during her leadership.
