Professor Michael Flood is an internationally recognised researcher on men, masculinities, gender equality and violence prevention. The author of several titles including ‘Engaging Men and Boys in Violence Prevention’ and ‘Engaging Men in Building Gender Equality’, Professor Flood has worked with organisations including VicHealth, the Australian Football League and National Rugby League. He has also contributed to agenda-setting frameworks for violence prevention and is a life-long advocate of gender equality and social justice.
