Over her five years with FW, she has led consulting and advisory services to support employers in reaching their diversity and inclusion goals, drawing on deep data, research and global insights, including the critical role of men in the equality equation.

Prior to FW, Ruby worked as a senior adviser at the Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) and at ARTD Consultants. An experienced facilitator and public speaker, she excels at guiding executive leadership teams and workplaces through evidence-based solutions, benchmarking best practice, and sparking productive dialogue that delivers measurable results.
