With seven years experience in optimising large-scale program delivery, Rumali is the Director of Learning Programs at FW. She currently oversees three flagship learning experiences that engage men, build women's leadership skills and help women re-enter the workforce. She previously led the FW Jobs Academy program delivery, supporting thousands of women in returning to work.

Rumali excels in designing inclusive and accessible programs, leveraging expertise in trauma-informed and culturally responsive delivery from her background in pastoral care and critical incident response for university residential communities.

Before joining FW, she developed co-curricular programs in higher education, focused on gender equality and inclusion.
