Astrid Edwards specialises in project management and delivery, as well as building stakeholder relationships. She currently leads FW’s multi-year national partnership Cyber5050, which is funded by the Department of Employment and Workplace Relations and designed to increase women’s participation in cybersecurity. She was previously an economics and policy consultant, where she became an expert in community and stakeholder engagement, industry research, and policy design and evaluation. Astrid is now developing expertise in governance. She serves on the Board of Central Highlands Rural Health and previously served on the Victorian Disability Advisory Council (both Ministerial appointments). She is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is a PhD Candidate at the University of Melbourne.
