She previously served as Director of Cyber Intelligence and Assurance for the federal parliament. There, Erin established a world-leading cyber capability where 90 percent of the staff were women. She also established the federal parliament’s award-winning Cyber Defence Program, which increased cyber awareness by 316 percent in its first year. Her career highlights in cyber include participating at the US Cyber Command CyberFlag Exercise in 2025 and providing the keynote for the Five Eye Parliament Cyber Conference 2024 in Washington D.C.
