Mel Lee is a seasoned digital leader with a diverse background spanning engineering, UX design, marketing and entrepreneurship. With a wealth of experience in leading cross-functional teams, Mel brings a unique blend of technical expertise, marketing capability and business acumen to her role as Head of Digital at FW. Prior to joining FW, Mel founded and successfully ran her own business for the past 12 years, where she honed her skills in strategic planning, team management, and customer engagement. In her spare time... well, she's a mum of two under four- so she doesn't have any!
