Susan Warby is an experienced career mentor for Jobs Academy, FW’s nationwide pre-employment service helping women get back to work. Susan brings a wealth of experience as a CEO and business all-rounder to the role. She has worked for large corporations, small and medium-sized businesses and not-for-profits, and volunteered extensively. She has also continued to embrace structured learning, earning micro-credentials through to a Masters. Having had six career breaks, she can also relate to the challenges of getting back into paid work, particularly in the late-career phase. She is also a certified Mental Health First Aider.
