Nathalie McNeil is the Vice President and General Manager of AbbVie, Australia and New Zealand. Nat has more than 25 years’ experience in the healthcare sector, both locally and internationally. She started her career as a pharmacist and since this time has held a series of executive level roles in multinational healthcare companies working across medical, marketing, strategy and human resources. Nat is described by colleagues as a leader with an unrelenting commitment to diversity and inclusion. She has Bachelor of Pharmacy from the University of Sydney and is a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
