With a wealth of experience in leading cross-functional teams, Mel brings a unique blend of technical expertise, marketing capability and business acumen to her role as Director of Digital at FW.
Prior to joining FW, Mel founded and successfully ran her own business for 12 years, where she honed her skills in strategic planning, team management and customer engagement.
