Ruby Riethmuller is a visionary social entrepreneur and the Founder and CEO of Womn-Kind, a leader in preventative youth mental health. Driven by a mission to bridge the gap in wellbeing education and support, Ruby has scaled Womn-Kind’s innovative ecosystem - spanning an industry-leading app, workshops, podcasts and partnerships - to support over 35,000 adolescent girls and gender-diverse youth across 37 countries.

Beyond her digital impact, Ruby influences systemic change as a Deputy Commissioner (Lived Experience) at the Mental Health Commission of NSW. Her work integrates grassroots connection with strategic advocacy to redefine accessible, peer-led mental health support for the next generation.
