Makenna Ralston serves as CEO of CommBank iQ, a joint venture between Commonwealth Bank and Quantium that harnesses Australia's largest transaction banking dataset through analytics and AI excellence. In this role, she leads the organisation in empowering clients to gain deeper customer insights and make impactful, data-driven decisions.

Prior to assuming the CEO position in 2024, Makenna held several strategic leadership roles at Quantium over an eight-year period. As Chief of Staff to Quantium's Founder and CEO Adam Driussi, she was responsible for driving the agenda of the Co-Founders and office of the CEO, focusing on unlocking transformative client impact, enhancing leadership effectiveness, and championing exceptional company culture.

Her tenure at Quantium also included serving as Executive, Head of Brand and Communications, where she shaped the company's market presence and strategic messaging. In late 2023, she took on the interim role of Country Head for Quantium's US operations, demonstrating her ability to lead across international markets.

Before joining Quantium, Makenna spent over three years at Macquarie Group, where she gained valuable experience in the high-net-worth client sector with global exposure.
