Dr Victor Sojo is an Associate Professor in Leadership at the University of Melbourne. His research focuses on workplace equality, workplace abuse, and leadership development. He works with organisations to develop evidence-based policies and practices. His research has been published in the Leadership Quarterly, Personality and Social Psychology Review, British Journal of Sport Medicine, The Lancet, and Harvard Business Review. Dr Sojo is also the Co-Deputy Chair and Board Director at Our Watch.
