As part of her role as Group Customer Advocate at Commonwealth Bank, Angela MacMillan leads strategy and delivery of CommBank's Next Chapter program, which supports victim-survivors experiencing family and domestic violence. She also oversees the bank's efforts to protect customers in vulnerable circumstances, including those at risk of financial abuse and people from systemically disadvantaged communities.
