Laura Kirby is an organisational psychologist with more than 15 years’ experience specialising in workplace psychological health and safety. She became Commonwealth Bank’s Chief Mental Health Officer in January 2021, as part of the bank’s ongoing mental health strategy. Laura’s role is dedicated to enhancing the bank’s strategic focus on mental health, which includes the prevention and mitigation of mental ill-health at work, creating a workplace culture allowing staff to thrive.
