Tuesday 9 and Wednesday 10 March, 2027.
The in-person event will be held in the Four Seasons Hotel in the Grand Ballroom. Entrance to the Four Seasons is at 199 George Street, Sydney, NSW 2000.
You'll receive an email confirming your registration in your chosen FW Masterclass by Monday 15 March 2026. The email will be sent to the one used to register your Summit ticket.
What can I expect? Your ticket includes access to all sessions, and lunch across the two days. All ticket holders will receive a recording of the two-day event. Playback has no end date.
A full agenda for the two-day event will be released in 2026. The event will run from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm both days. You can find the speaker lineup on the Speakers page.

In the TICKETS menu at the top right of the site select MODIFY YOUR TICKET to update your details (including uploading your photo and any dietary requirements).
As some businesses filter or reject automated emails, we recommend you register (or update your registration details) using a personal email address (e.g. gmail or hotmail).
Check your spam or junk folders.

If you can no longer attend the event in person, please get in touch with us via hello@futurewomen.com to modify your registration to attend the virtual event or transfer your in-person ticket to someone else.
If for any reason we believe the in-person Summit can not go ahead, FW will communicate with all ticket holders in advance.
The Summit will go ahead in its virtual format on 9 and 10 March, 2027.

What can I expect?
The live streamed Summit is led by your dedicated virtual MC, Alice Monfries. This ticket unlocks access to all sessions of the Summit, bonus content and virtual networking opportunities. All ticket holders will receive a recording of the two-day event. Playback has no end date.
Virtual attendees will receive detailed information about how to set up for the livestreamed event and how the sessions will work closer to the date of the summit. Keep an eye out for emails.
I know that my organisation limits access to external websites or I have experienced issues with the firewall blocking access to livestreamed events in the past. How do I set up for the virtual event?
We recommend you register (or update your registration) with a personal email address (e.g. gmail or hotmail as opposed to a university or business email address) and access the livestream from a personal device.
How do I access the livestream for the virtual event?
Keep an eye on your inbox as we will be sending a link to the livestream to virtual ticket holders on Monday 8 March, as well as the mornings of Tuesday 9 and Wednesday 10 March.

Networking
- All ticket holders: Access to 1:1 networking with fellow attendees, available both virtually and in person.

Virtual Attendees: Join dedicated breakout sessions throughout the two-day event to connect with other virtual guests.

In-Person Attendees: Enjoy complimentary networking drinks at the conclusion of Day 2.
The 1:1 networking platform opens two weeks prior to the first day of the Summit. You will receive an email with instructions on how to log in once it is live.
Through the platform, you can scroll through the Attendee Directory and send meeting requests.
Important Privacy Note: Your contact details are never shared automatically. You must accept a meeting request before arranging details. Once accepted, you can coordinate how and where to meet (in-person attendees can schedule meetings either online or at the venue).
