Thursday 12 - Friday 13 March, 2026.

The in-person event will be held in the Sofitel Wentworth Ballroom. Entrance to Sofitel Sydney Wentworth is at 61-101 Phillip Street Sydney, Australia.

What can I expect? Your ticket includes access to all sessions, and lunch across the two days. All ticket holders will receive a recording of the two-day event. Playback has no end date.

A full agenda for the two-day event will be released in 2026. The event will run from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm both days. You can find the speaker lineup on the Speakers page.

Login using the username and password you set up when you registered. 

In the TICKETS menu at the top right of the site select MODIFY YOUR TICKET to update your details (including uploading your photo and any dietary requirements).

As some businesses filter or reject automated emails, we recommend you register (or update your registration details) using a personal email address (e.g. gmail or hotmail).

Check your spam or junk folders.

Contact hello@futurewomen.com and we will ensure you receive the relevant information.

If you can no longer attend the event in person, please get in touch with us via hello@futurewomen.com to modify your registration to attend the virtual event or transfer your in-person ticket to someone else. 

If for any reason we believe the in-person Summit can not go ahead, FW will communicate with all ticket holders in advance.

The Summit will go ahead in its virtual format on 12 and 13 March, 2026.

You will be contacted by a member of the FW team with a sales order. You will need to have the sales order approved and sent back to FW. You will then be sent an invoice for payment.

Not to worry! The Summit is filmed and after the event is finished you'll receive a link to re-watch any and all sessions you miss. 

You'll receive an email confirming your registration in your chosen FW Masterclass by Monday 16 March 2026. The email will be sent to the one used to register your Summit ticket. 

Virtual stream

All times are in AEDT and international attendees are welcome.

What can I expect?

The live streamed Summit is led by your dedicated virtual MC, Alice Monfries. This ticket unlocks access to all sessions of the Summit, bonus content and virtual networking opportunities. All ticket holders will receive a recording of the two-day event. Playback has no end date.

Virtual attendees will receive detailed information about how to set up for the livestreamed event and how the sessions will work closer to the date of the summit. Keep an eye out for emails.

I know that my organisation limits access to external websites or I have experienced issues with the firewall blocking access to livestreamed events in the past. How do I set up for the virtual event?
We recommend you register (or update your registration) with a personal email address (e.g. gmail or hotmail as opposed to a university or business email address) and access the livestream from a personal device.

How do I access the livestream for the virtual event?
Keep an eye on your inbox as we will be sending a link to the livestream to virtual ticket holders on Wednesday 11 March, as well as the mornings of Thursday 12 and Friday 13 March.
